- Physical, occupational and speech therapy seven days a week
- IV therapy
- Rehabilitative nursing
- Wound care
- Physician directed rehabilitation plans
At the time of discharge, our interdisciplinary team will coordinate the necessary services to ensure a smooth transition. We will provide family education to help the family assist a when they return home.
